Do you or does someone you know, what to learn to assess hooves and horses with x-ray vision?
Do you want to know what intervention is best for horses, and when barefoot simply isn't enough to help rehab a horse?
Or do you dream of taking your hoof mapping, trimming and modern shoeing skills to the next level?
What if you are farrier and want to learn all about composite shoeing?
Or, are you like me, and dream of being able to sign-post to suitably skilled hoof care professionals throughout the UK and beyond who can support horses to extremely high standards using proven approaches such as those taught by Daisy?
So with this in mind, I am working with leading integrative hoof care provider, author and educator Daisy Alexis Bicking from Dasy Haven Farm, proprietor and founder of The International School of Integrative Hoofcare, to create an educational event in the UK this summer, which is open to farriers, trimmers and horse owners (with day 5 proposed to be for registered farriers only).
This can look like the proposed schedule, which you can view by clicking on the link button below, but we're open to ideas and suggestions, which is why I have created the online survey so you can let me know what you would like to learn and register your interest to attend too.
Daisy had a similar education background in hoof care as my own but has expanded her knowledge and practice beyond barefoot with assistance from her own digital radiograph system since 2007, and collaboration with postural rehabilitators. Daisy has a database of over 750,000 radiographs and photos and has a reputation in the industry for achieving a high rate of success in rehabbing extremely complex lameness cases.
As such, Daisy is now considered a pioneer in hoof rehabilitation of advanced pathology using glue-on composite shoes and has been a farrier practising around the world for 18 years, and supports horses who need more intensive interventions onsite at Daisy Haven Farm in Pennsylvania.
In 2009 Daisy started teaching hoof educational courses and to date, Daisy has taught over 100 three to five-day hands-on workshops to professional farriers and aspiring professionals around the world.
Daisy teaches currently in the USA, Canada, Nigeria, England, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand, and has been a guest lecturer and presenter of many prestigious institutions and events. Daisy has held several leadership positions including vice president of ELPO and American Association of Professional Farriers, and is well respected in her field. Daisy is featured in several online and printed publications and podcasts.
We would be fortunate indeed to have the opportunity to learn from Daisy, but I really need your help to set this in motion!

I am asking for anyone curious to please register your interest by completing the survey below and be among the first to be invited to register! You can also help by sharing this post with anyone you feel might be interested.
