Hoof/posture/radiograph report provides expert support for your horse, or the horses in your care. Ideal for horse owners and equine professionals. Please submit this form to provide images and background information: https://www.cognitoforms.com/HolisticReflectionsCIC/HolisticEquineSubmitPhotosImagesAndVideosForReviewOrMarkupService To book, select a day and time and pay for the service. Please ensure you submit the images for mark up at least 2 days before the appointment time. This is NOT an online consult where you will attend, but rather enables Beccy to schedule in the time to provide the service. Please allow 72 hours to receive the mark ups and report. Ideal images for mark up include lateral posture, and lateral hoof images. The maximum number of marked up images provided are 4 x radiographs, 4 lateral hooves, 1 x lateral posture, plus 4 additional images of your choice. You can send more images so we may select the most appropriate views or you may indicate which views you would like on the form (link above). The images featured here are to illustrate changes during a consult and the quality required for accurate marking up. We track equine hooves and radiographs as part of our flagship equine podiatry consult service. Now you can book us for documentation only using HoofmApp app from photos provided by clients.
